Hi,

The first time I came through the download site, I did not see an option to activate my existing account so I created a new one. Now I can't use the old one. I don't know that there's much to migrate but at least you could clean the duplicate from your system. So there's two accounts with this email: ms.perrin@shaw.ca

You can use the old one if you switch the new one to a different email address (this is available in your account on the web site). Then activate the old one.
