Finally. Just reached my first 500 credits. I joined this project a week ago. How long did it take for you too get your first 500 credits. I'm crunchingon on a AMD Athlon XP @ 1.6 GHz with 256 MB RAM. ID: 220839 ·  |

Finally. Just reached my first 500 credits. Congratulations Jarro! I cannot remember how long it took me to reach 500 credits, it was so long ago when I started. I'd say that it may have taken a day or 2 less because the machine I started running BOINC on is a P4 2.8 Ghz. If you like, I have a thread on the Number Crunching board for posting milestones. If I remember correctly, I started it when I reach my first 10,000 credits. And I've been recreating the thread ever since. What people usually do is set a goal for their milestones. After my 10K my next was 25K and then 50K. My current goal is 100K. I'm currently at 79K+. You're welcome to post your milestones there if you like....
