Is it possible to change the cpu (intel 733 ->933) on a machine which is runing boinc and still has some wu to complete. Will boinc think its a new machine when it returns the completed wu ?.

By changing the CPU the server of Boinc will change the Id of your PC.
Therefore, I believe it would be better to finish the processing of all the WU's and after this make the change of CPU.
