My version is 3.20 and it is telling me to update to vesrion 4.
I can't find the download for version 4.\\?

It did that to me yesterday. I shut down BOINC, waited a bit, restarted BOINC, and did an Update. It hasn't bothered me since. Must have been a glitch of some kind.
