I could have told them this much when I was a teenager... :)
Ah! and I wouldn't have charged them the millions they probably spent on
the research to boot!

That's like the job I applied for several years ago. They said "drug testing required".
I hired on ready, willing and able to test anything they offered.... turns out I misunderstood what they meant.... bummer.

Well Ritalin is just speed but it has a different effect on kids.

Next time my boys are driving me crazy perhaps I'll give them some of mum's special brownies.

heh... my grandpappy used to say the same thing about his miracle cure-all. No matter what was ailing him, he swore that rubbing his neck with whiskey from the inside would cure anything.

That would explain why you gave me the green alien middle finger.

Yeah, I noticed that also! :-O

Cannabies brownies? Mmmmm... sounds lovely.
But I've never seen it IRL of course.
In fact, I've never heard if it even. Brownies I've heard of.

But maybe you should reconsider giving them brownies to your kids. I quote from the article:

"I have a lot of adult patients who swear by it."

...if adults starts swearing by it, maybe kids will swear worse. ;)

You know (and this is true); the secret police in Norway was earlier called POT(!) They've changed name now. To PST(!!) I'm not kidding! LOL

Hi Prognatus! :-)

Oh yes! Same here! But I've got this habit of staying up late and go to bed early in the morning. So I guess you're enjoying the Friday evening/night, and that you're off work tomorrow Saturday?!

So how's the weather in Norway? I saw on the news the other night that they had about 25 degrees up at Lofoten?! Pretty hot for October!

Here it's up at about 20 - 22 degrees at days and with the humidity it's not very nice! I really look forward to some real autumn weather with the crisp feeling in the air!

Hi Prognatus! :-)

Oh yes! Same here! But I've got this habit of staying up late and go to bed early in the morning.

Me too. I seldom go to bed until 4 AM. Then I sleep until noon... Also on workdays. Luckily I can show up on work when I want. LOL!
So I guess you're enjoying the Friday evening/night, and that you're off work tomorrow Saturday?!

Yes, I've just watched some TV and now I'm trying to find a good web site build tool for my work's new web site (www.frivillig-sentral.no). There are so many... I'll go for Open Source, since we don't have any money to spend on such a tool. phpBB and MyBloggie seems to fit our needs as a start, but I haven't decided yet. :) I've also considered full-blown groupware solutions like TikiWiki and Plone, but they're very technical oriented and difficult to install.
So how's the weather in Norway? I saw on the news the other night that they had about 25 degrees up at Lofoten?! Pretty hot for October!

Yes, we've had beautiful autumn weather for some days now. And warm in the daytime. About 20 Celcius. It's almost too much. I like colder temps.
Here it's up at about 20 - 22 degrees at days and with the humidity it's not very nice! I really look forward to some real autumn weather with the crisp feeling in the air!

Me too. I love fall. :)
