Yes this is the correct URL.

You will probably get a message that you have to check the URL and registration key code. This comes from the fact you still need to attach to the project. There is nothing wrong at your side but unfortunately nothing you can do also because for the moment there are server problems at Berkeley.

You will need to wait until people in Berkeley resolve the server problem. Just be patient.
