After 7+ hours on the phone with M$. And sending the appropriate Business and Sellers my complaints now all I have to do is figure my own way out of this OS mess as it seems like nobody concerned intends to reply.

Funny replying to my own post, But one of the sellers is refunding my funds.
So I guess there are a few honest people left out there (HAHAHAHAHA!?).

Don't forget to tell Microsoft about the auction site you got the illegal copies from. True, the site itself is likely not responsible, blah, blah, blah, but it does give Microsoft someone to serve with a supoena for the seller's user info.
