The impression I get from looking at the page at http://www.logistepag.com/p2pftp.htm is that they are trying to lump Seti into software that is used for illegal purposes (piracy) based on what the site is about. Although they don't list it, they show a screen shot of it which actually can cause more damage to the Seti program than listing it. Not a good ad for Seti and Berkeley should demand the removal of the Seti graphic from the site along with some compensation.

As both the site and the project are copyrighted there is also an infringement on copyright law, which is to say very bad, SETI should definately look in to this, might be worth a new server or two unless SETI alowed the reference to the project.
