Getting Statred with BOINC and Getting A Screen Saver

I can only agree with a number of users of the frustration of changing over to BIONIC. I've changed over but get no Screen Saver (at least processing is working). I have seen what some users have posted to correct this problem. Unfortunately I am not totally adept at navigation (or totally aware of all terminology) and thus the answers do not help. Somebody please supply a 'micky mouse guide' to getting the screen saver working. The original SETI was good you loaded it and it all fell into place, it's a pity that 'project management' has failed in this instance and has certainly not taken into account the capabilities of all users. It will be goodbye to SETI if there is no quick resolution. There are other projects out there which are just as useful and still mantain their 'user friendleness. |

Hello there, I do understand completely your frustration from the point of view of communication towards the users this is for the moment lousy... But give them at least still some credit. This is really a BIG project. And it happened to function very well by times. Greetings from Belgium ;-)) |

Screen saver???? we have a screen saver.........WOW!! Oh, j/k I do not use it waste of time and it slows the crunching down..... When SETI is processing right click on on progress col. and there it is..... Bah!!! I am in it for the money |
