Same here it just sits it transfers and won't shift.

I have that error on one of my machines.

It redownloads the user logos each time it updates to the stats server.
also, if you make a typo in preferences, such as typing ttp:// instead of http:// there seems to be a transfer queued up, which stays persistent even if you update your preferences to have the right spelling of your user logo.

so.. the incorrectly names logo is stuck in your local machine's queue somehow.
I had to start up notepad.exe, and drag the clientstate.xml file into notepad to edit it, and remove my typos.
Pics are in the File Info part of the xml file.
