KUDOS to SETI@home for their wonderful work and all and great job on BOINC. Now that I have my results validated, I am looking for a way to compare results to others like me. I can't figure it out. I click on STATISTICS but there is only a list of the main results. I also found the list of everyone and their profiles which is not very helpful for comparing (great for browsing though). I also am not listed on volunteer sites. ??? BTW, I don't really fully understand the BOINC results yet - they don't make sense to me- but I am sure it will come.

There are several third party stats sites out there. Boinc Synergy and Boinc Stats are two of the sites out there where you can get Seti stats as well as those for other projects.

Try this site, then look up yourself in the 'Search' box:

boincstats.com

When you find yourself, click on the first icon in the right of your name. It should be a kind of mini-histogram. That will lead you to your detailed stats page. For instance, check out mine. There you can see where you are overall, by following the link named "Link to position in SETI@Home World stats". Check out my overall standing. (My god, I've gone so low... I'll switch to Boinc real soon.)

Neil Munday's Stats Counter is a nice one as well, you get a counter for your team, for you, and you can choose your background picture unlike synergy.

I too find BoincStats most useful. I check it everyday when i get home just to see how i'm doing. Lots of very nice graphs that allow you to see at a glance whats going on with your crunching.

Also you can compare your results with others with similar machines, or those who signed up the same day as you, etc, etc.

If you are confused about where to go while at the site, try looking here.

That is a link to "BOINC Statistics for the WORLD." You can enter your information on the page and it will bring up your stats.
