No WU's to download is a temporary problem.

The S@H/Boinc system is not working on a base of processed WU's but on a base of credits.

To get credits, your claimed credits must be compared to the claimed credits of 2 other PC's. As long the are no 2 other claimed credits for the same WU, credits cannot be granted. There is also a deadline of reporting of 24 days for each WU.
In normal condition, credits are awarded between some 5 to 10 days, depending on the speed of processing of the 2 other PC's.

To have some more explanation about credits calculation you can have a look here.

Greetings from Belgium.

A part that was missed. Uploading is a two part process. The result is uploaded to the data server, then at some later time, the credit is requested by reporting the finish to the scheduler. The report will be done automatically when the next work is requested from the project, when the deadline is less than 24 hours away, at the end of the crunch if the end of the crunch is less than 24 hours before the deadline, or manually by right clicking on the project and selecting update.
