So this seti is looking for e.t. what happens when something is found. Are you notified? is there anyway of finding out what your computer is actually doing. Im new so I thought id ask, thanks

Hello Jack,

we all just crunch for possible signals. Once we find something promising, it will be checked and checked again. If they find something real, the so-called WOW-signal, we will be notified via the press ;) (and the homepage of course).

If you want to look at all your results, what they found, and where they searched, you need a tool from the add-on pages: BoincLogX for the storage of the results, and Seti@Home MapView for to look at them on a sky map.
