Please define "takeover".

It's running on minimum priority, so it's far from overtaking my machine.
Of course it's keeping the CPU at 100%, but that's how it should work: make use of otherwise wasted CPU cycles.

Perhaps you could tell us exactly what the problem is? Hundreds of thosands of users are running without issue.
