BOINC scheduler down?

Since I've started switching machines over to boinc, they sit there saying "no scheduler responded" all day every day (although I did get some wu's at one point now it's been trying to upload them for 2 days). What's going on with Boinc? I've seen these problems before which is one reason I never switched from classic to boinc.
