I have uploaded 3 units and it says upload complete; but the file is moved back to the work list and shows 100% complete. Nothing to run and nothing to transfer. What now?

Your message logs probably indicate that contacting the scheduler has failed. This is required both for the last step in sending work back to the project, and for getting new work from the project. To get past the slowdown, you might consider adding a couple more BOINC projects.

Sending work back to Berkely is a two part operation. First, the science data is uploaded, then the scheduler is contacted to report that the work has been uploaded.
