The founder of our team left the company several years ago. We have his email account / password combination for the old system. How can we remove him from the group and change the founder so that we can administer the group?

As far as I know there is no way to do this, and with the multitude of things still going on with development it MAY be a LONG time before this is done (if ever). Best off just leaving him in your team and accessing they way you are. Your kind of lucky... I have read here MANY times people who dont have access to their team leaders information and cant do anything.
