Whenever I shut down my computer and restart it, I have been getting two boxes on my screen. I have xp, and run from home. I do not know why I am getting these boxes, one is a notepad page with one line that I do not understand. I close it, and the second box wants me to confirm deletion of boinc from my computer. I say no, and the box closes. I am afraid that one of the other users will accidentally say yes and I will lose boinc. How can I keep these boxes from appearing?

This seems like the wrong place to ask. Maybe that's why noone has responded.

I would try looking for a program in the startup folder or in msconfig. Maybe try reinstalling boinc (make a backup!), or getting the current version, 4.45.

What's the one line?
