Hi madmac, Are you crunching more than one project? Do you still have WU's left from the project you are talking about? What version of Boinc are you using? These answers could help you come to a solution to your problem. Respectfully, Rocky www.boincsynergy.com |

it might also be helpful to know: Which project? Are you getting any error messages? What messages do you get when you use "project Update"? What are your general and project preferences? He's using 4.25 and app 4.09, or was as of his last returned Seti WU. Tony |

YEs I am using 4.25 and app 4.09. It has just downloaded my next SETI (only) unit.
Madmac, Check your preferences on your account page. If is is set for a very small amount of time..you will recieve only what is necessary. You could extend this time to get additional WU's but keep in mind that if you are crunching additional projects..your preference settings can affect meeting the deadline. Any non dial-up connection can get away with setting the preernes to something like .01 and will keep work. I am on dial up and I keep my preferences set at 2 days on all the projects (5) and have yet to not meet a deadline...with the exception of the downtime at Seti. Respectfully, Rocky P.S. Thanks Tony, I did fail to ask all the pertinent info. :-) www.boincsynergy.com |
