I have a OpenBSD/amd64 computer running a self compiled boinc version 4.66 with seti@home client version 4.07 and my results are viewable herewhile on average my computer takes about 9000 seconds for a workunit and even gets result overflows when the other computers working on the same workunit do too. However the workunit gets a invalid validate state which causes me grief, how exactly can I debug this and make it give me credits? Regards, -peter |

it looks like you compiled bad clients and need to redo them. were there any errors when you compiled (or did you use make -k)? what cc and optimization flags did you use? |

in client/win_build should be a reference WU with a result that can be used for testing I think |

I also did redo the client and am running now a snapshot from 2005-04-27 instead of 2005-04-17 and no change it seems. Regards, -peter |

3.3.5 should be stable and theres nothing drastic in the flags. do you have the boinc_public source in the same base directory as seti_boinc? |
