Hello I am new to this project ! I could use some help getting started. My problem is that I can't figure out how to transfer my work. I am running the Bionic program, and under the Work Tab I have two projects. One is completed and is apparently ready to report - the other is still doing it's thing. How do I get the first project to "report" and show up as a credit under the Projects Tab? If some one could reply back to My Hotmail adress ( I will be out of town the rest of the week and may not see a reply) I would appreciate it stevenmiller61@hotmail.com |

You COULD force the send by updating, but even if you don't, BOINC (not Bionic!!!) will automatically upload the next time that you've crunched through enough work to need to d/l more... And don't forget, just because it's been uploaded does NOT mean immediate credits, they still have to be validated after that!!! Welcome and have fun!!! |

Hello and welcome Steven, thx for posting here, and the comment over @science, it's not that usual :) (and btw: it's just Boinc, not Bionic ;) The (very good) manual for Boinc is the BOINC Powered Projects Documentation by Paul D. Buck and the FAQ therein. For information regarding Credits look here! The process of getting it all to Berkeley is a two step operation. Look here @Pauls ;) Gruesse vom Saenger For questions about Boinc look in the BOINC-Wiki |
