I have run Seti@HOME for years, and just installed and set-up BOINC to run on my Mac. Do I now un-install the 'classic' version that I have been using for so long, run both, or use together in some other fashion?

SETI@home classic will be shut down completely, have a look at the transition plan under

http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/transition.php

So you should remove anyway.
