What kind of UPS did the team end up using, and what was the pin-out of the cable? I have an APC Backups ES and Belkin F6H650, and no cables for either one, and would like to get my systems to shut down gracefully. MRB Motorsports #37 1937 Chevy Sedan (Legends) www.northstarspeedway.com |

If you google for APCUPSD you'll find a whole lot of information on the various APC units, how they communicate with the world, etc. It also documents software for *nix, but alot of the info applies generally. If you're running NT/2K/XP you probably already have the software. APC cables are readily available on eBay for practically nothing. |
