I’m using Win XP Pro SP2 with HT P4, graphics card NVidia GeForce MX440 drivers 6.14.10.5672 with Boinc v4.25.

Graphics are working for all projects: S@H, LHC@Home and E@H.

I did the following experiment for screensaver:
If the welcome screen is disabled, with S@H and E@H crunching, for both applications the screensaver is working.
If the welcome screen is enabled, the screensaver is working for E@H but not for S@H.

Assuming you are running Win XP also and "Show Graphics" is working for S@H, what is your experience concerning the screensaver when disable or enable the welcome screen?

I have not really tried it with the welcome screen disabled. With the welcome screen on I get graphics for E@H, BOINC alpha, and CPDN alpha pretty consistantly. I get graphics for S@H and CPDN occasionally.

Who else wants to investigate the problem?

Hi,

I experience simular problems. I'm using Win XP Pro with SP2, Intel P4 2.26MHz, Asus GeForce FX5200 graphics card with the latest drivers, 6693. Boinc 4.26 since last night.
In example mode I can see the screensaver output, but when I try 'for real' the screen goes blank, for a few moments displays the message about downloading it, and then gets black again ....
Other apllications give me no trouble with graphics.

Anyone??

Thierry, what do you mean when you write: disable the welcome screen?
I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to work for me. I just CAN'T get the screensaver to work.

If you choose properties on the desktop and go to the tab screensaver, it is the "welkomsvenster weergeven" (as your are from The Netherlands).

Don't know the exact English word for it, maybe it is "Login screen".
