Im looking for an add-on for BOINC that can queue WU's.
Do you know if there is any add-on that are able of doing that?

BOINC already has this built in.

Go to your account page, and general settings. The Connect to ever server every days setting controls how many days cache to keep.

Go to the seti website, from there go to your account web page, next the general settings web page. Click on the link "edit preferences". Change the "Connect to server every...days" setting to a larger number.

(sometimes you gotta spell it all out)
