What does the "In progress" in the Server status page means? Is it WU's not downloaded yet?

No, it means that the WU has been sent to your PC and that its beign analyzed (on your PC).

Currently there are 486,360 WU's "in progress". I'm sure not all of them are in my PC at the moment. ;)

In progress means the WUs that were sent out to people who are currently crunching them and have not yet returned to SETI. "Available"=Not yet sent out, "Waiting for Validation"=Received back but not yet validated, etc.
