I'm running the latest version of BOINC....but this also happens while running seti@home classic. My computer consistently hangs a few minutes to several hours into the number crunching. When I am not running seti@home or BOINC my computer does not hang...... I have a Pentium 4 with 1 gig ram 180 gig hard drive and an Intel (PERL)motherboard.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
