Apologies if this question was answered in the previous 57 pages, but how are the report deadlines for work units set, and what are the consequences for not having reported by then?

You may or may not get credit for late results.

Each project has its own guidlines for the deadlines. In S@H the deadline is 14 days after the start(?) finish(?) of the download for the WU. Predictor has variable deadlines - sometimes as short as 1 day after download.

If a result is returned before the WU has been deleted from the database, it will participate in the credit. The WU will not be deleted until it is verified, and all outstanding results have either been returned or timed out.

They've been here already. But the just take one of them. If you fail again they take the other one. So be careful - don't dl more then you can handle.

From you've got assigned a "result", if you takes 1 second or 1 day to download the wu isn't important.
