Nice statics!! I'm alredy on a team, and Im the manager, Though its a Chilean/American one. If you can, you could create a team of teams, like SETI.cl (SETI/Classic). Just make a website with all the south american teams and that will do it!

No that will not do MiniZiper we have to collaborate. It would have been very nice and meaningful to have Chile and Bolivia as the 1st two countries.

The South America team can also have the "Every Earthly Hour" statistics. Linky Here www.everyearthlyhour.com

Any other Sudamerica crunchers out there? . . . total silence . . . hehe

I don't want to cause offence, but I must tell you that you are not correct. My title has not messed up the board. This title has been there for a week now and it has spaces within the words. When a title has spaces then it just wraps around causing no problems. Look carefully and you will see that there are other titles, without spaces, causing the problem.

I understand you are trying to help, but you should be more careful when pointing the finger. Especially if you want to be a moderator. 8) Kind regards

Hi Kennison
I believe you can use any HTML in your nick! 8). I would recommend using only a very small animated gif otherwise we risk to loss the privilege. hehe

I've just realised you are an OcUK err LOL . . . Don't forget to visit "Every Earthly Hour" at www.everyearthlyhour.com Linky Here

PS: Oh dear! I can see other people like An'nai are already trying this technique. [leaves forum very very quietly . . . this could be my last posting 8( hehe]

Hello Micah (An'nai)
Thanks for the clock info. I was wandering what it was . . . I must admit your icon is a lot more practical than my one! Can you specify which time to display? Is yours showing UTC time? ;8)

for me it shows my local time (UTC -5) but i think Will Rowe (the guy who invented it (www.proteinos.com)) has it set to show whatever time it is where you are. he is UTC.
you can always check (assuming you are not colourblind) by trying to see what colours you are between in the spectrum since each block is a change of 3hrs (it changes gradually, but i think about every 4 minutes per hue (depending on your color depth))
so for me it is 14:14hrs and i am a pink close to the bottom left corner, but more red than that block.
there are some really cool ideas behind it, such as easing jet lag, as most ppl seem to have some slight synesthesia with colour.

happy crunching

Kinnison do you post in the OcUK forum? There is a thread there Icons Going Going Gone. In this thread there are simple instructions to customise your icon and colour of line. If you do that your icon will stay the same in the EEH Charts. You can even have your own photo if you whish. Good crunching Hehe

Sorry to hear you can not register to the OcUK forum. Are you getting any error messages or explanation? I can raise the problem with OcUK admins.

Of course you can specify your preferences here! Your spanky new siggy:

Congratulations you are already in rank 134! Remember you signature is just a little window that peeps into the big EEH chart. Try clicking on it . . . the "big picture" will appear!

For this forum you can use the following string in your profile:
[/br>[a href="http://www.everyearthlyhour.com/boinc/chart/SETI_30189_TC_1.png">[img src="http://www.everyearthlyhour.com/boinc/chart/SETI_sig20837.png">[/a>

Just replace the left square brackets "[" with the minus sign to close the HTML tags.

The message I get when I try to register on OC's fora is .. "Sorry, registration has been disabled by the administrator."

ah well..

17 was my highest position on Einstein.. it will surely go down :)

First we have people stretching the fora messages with the inability to fix long links. Now we have people stretching out the thread menus with excessively long title lines. Wonder what's next....

well, the title didn't strech the thread list on my screen - it only puts what doesn't fit onto a new line...

(being very very envious of that everyearthlyhour-thingy those guys have going on)

Ok, I found the culprit, this thread has a very long URL in it and the title. Looks like the author does not know how to deal with URLs, especially the long ones. Appologies for the mis-posted rant here.

We would love to put these lyrics as part of the description of the South America team! Do you mind if we do that NeoAmsterdam? Can you provide the background who, where? Is it possible to listen the song? Any MP3 that you can point at? 8) hehe.
