Is there a 64 bit verison of the client for like FC 3 64? I just got an AMD64 3200+ I have not got FC Running yet, but I figured I would ask now.

I would expect that if your compiler (gcc?) is 64-bit savvy, then the executeable is 64-bit.
I'm probably wrong...
